At Ruby Love Hair, we take pride in providing quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, worn, altered, brushed, washed, coloured, cut, or used in any way.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged
• Your item is defective
• Your order is incomplete

To request a return, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• A short explanation of the issue

Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Ruby Love Hair.
